Wrapetfill is based in Cape Town, South Africa and is owned and managed by Henk de Klerk and Louis Moodie. Henk and Louis areboth engineers and have spent the past 20 years in various technical, production, commercial and general management positions within the South African plastic packaging industry. This unique combination of technical and commercial experience has resulted in a deep understanding of the local packaging industry, its drivers and customer base.

Wrapetfill has a three pronged approach to the packaging industry which consists of consulting, raw material trading and equipment trading where Western European OEM’s are represented in South Africa. Principles includes GSI in Italy (raw material), 1BLOW in France (2-stage PET bottle blowing), CYPET in Cyprus (single stage PET bottle blowing), Delta Engineering in Belgium (downstream equipment), HESTA in Germany (extrusion blow moulding) and finally Intravis in Germany (camera inspection systems). Consulting Services includes project management, new product development, business plans, technical and operational due diligence work for PE Funds and packaging companies, implementation of systems and lastly retainer arrangements.

Wrapetfill employs a dedicated technician to assist with commissioning and troubleshooting at customer installations across South Africa. Eugene is based in Johannesburg and comes with a wealth of experience in extrusion blow moulding, injectionmoulding and injection stretch blow moulding technologies.
